He may want you to think that he has led a life of crime.
If he barely speaks a word, and looks upon you in his particular way, he is trying to get your attention. So go ahead, ask him about his storied past, make him feel enigmatic and interesting. Because he really saying that he thinks that you are fascinating too. Unlike the other Fwens who carry their hearts, Small Babbo keeps his heart hidden beneath his hat, just for you.
