The party blobs arrived on this planet together, and they roll together too, so don’t be surprised if one day you see six or seven all looking in your direction. They want to celebrate you! They are great friends to have around when you are going somewhere new, because they aren’t afraid to look silly. They speak their own dialect, which is unknown to us at this time. They’re small and have no money, so they can’t bring drinks or snacks other than hot cocoa mix.
 
Blobs will also help you escape a party, when you need to. Behind all the confetti, you can see in their eyes something that resembles the quiet, creeping dread of having lost something extremely important—like—on both a material and a symbolic level—but can’t remember what it is.
 
Once a scene becomes a little too “party” and not enough “arty,” you’ll see your blob looking like this, and it’s your sign to go. You might say: “I’m sorry, my blob is unnerved. I must go now. Goodbye.” Best exit strategy ever! You’re welcome.
